The villa was built in 2022 in the spirit of architechtural bellilois. The main house and its annex total 253 m2 and can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people.

The dining and kitchen areas allow you to organize all your meals. The living room has 3 sofas and ottomans allowing everyone to meet for a drink and enjoy the fireplace.

Each room has its master suite and has a luxury quality bedding.

The mezzanine provides additional sleeping and offers a games room and cinema room for children.

The property covers 2400 m2 of garden, with swimming pool, spa and petanque.

The dining and kitchen areas can accommodate up to 18 people for your meals. The lounge area has 3 sofas and ottomans allowing everyone to meet for a drink and enjoy the fireplace.

The main kitchen has state-of-the-art equipment, wine cellar, steam oven, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, nespresso, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

A dining area that can accommodate 5 people.

The scullery has professional equipment to facilitate the preparation of meals (professional piano, professional dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer).

A summer kitchen located outside consisting of a barbecue, a sink and an oven allows the preparation of meals while discussing around a bar.

This space allows children or teenagers to find themselves in a multimedia space, the large bench seat offers an additional bed with 2 90cm beds.

Located on the 1st floor, this master suite is identical to bedroom 2.

Located on the 1st floor, it has a large closet, a 180*200 bed.
On the landing there is a bathroom with shower and vanity unit and a separate toilet.

Chambre 5 – Dormitory

The dormitory is located on the 1st floor and offers 6 90*200 beach cabin beds with integrated storage.
On the landing there is a bathroom with bath and double washbasin and a separate toilet.

The studio

Next to the house this annex can accommodate 2 people.
The entrance with a large closet opens onto the living room equipped with a 180 palace quality sofa bed, an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, hotplates, coffee machine and kettle). A bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet complete this annex.
Its entrance is independent.

Terrace & garden

A large terrace that can accommodate 20 people for meals opens onto the swimming pool.
Deckchairs allow you to relax.
Children can enjoy in the enclosed space of 2400 m2.
A bowling green also provides entertainment.

Swimming pool and SPA

A heated and secure swimming pool allows you to swim from April to October.
A spa area can be used all year round and accommodates 6 people at the same time.
A toilet and a shower complete this space.

The summer kitchen located outside is composed of a barbecue, a sink and an oven. It allows the preparation of meals while discussing around a bar.

The rental of the villa includes unlimited wifi, household linen provided, weekly maintenance of the swimming pool and barbecue, baby equipment and intermediate cleaning for rentals of 2 weeks or more.
